We’re Janee & Jimmy Nguyen, the founders of Kingdom Rise Athletics, a nonprofit fitness and wellness foundation dedicated to strengthening both body and faith.

At Kingdom Rise, we believe fitness is about more than just working out—it’s about building strength in every aspect of life. Our mission is to create a welcoming, faith-driven community where people can grow, connect, and thrive. We know that health and wellness can often feel out of reach, but we’re here to change that by offering free, accessible fitness programs to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live a healthier life.

Fitness has been a huge part of our lives. Jimmy has spent the last 15 years in the fitness industry and is a licensed trainer, helping people transform their health through personalized training and nutrition. Janee, with 13 years of experience in finance, understands the importance of investing in your well-being while keeping your financial life in balance. Together, we’re passionate about supporting others on their fitness journeys, making sure they feel empowered, encouraged, and part of something bigger than just a workout.

We’ve been happily married for three years and have a beautiful daughter, Journey. Our heart for helping people has been the driving force behind Kingdom Rise. We believe our bodies are a gift from God, and taking care of them is an act of gratitude and stewardship. But we also know that the fitness industry can make health feel like a privilege instead of a right. That’s why we created Kingdom Rise—to offer a space where people from all backgrounds and fitness levels can come together, grow stronger, and be supported in both their physical and spiritual journeys.

Kingdom Rise isn’t just a gym. It’s a community where fitness and faith go hand in hand. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, grow in your faith, or just be part of something bigger, you belong here.
